All of our jewellery pieces are hand created and strung using only solid Gold beads, Freshwater Pearls & Semi-Precious Stones.

• Pearls and Stones are natural and unique, therefore may occasionally vary in size, colour, tone and finish. This makes all out pieces unique and does not detract from the overall quality or aesthetic.

• Small imperfections or 'beauty marks', as we refer to them, are inherent adding to the individuality and character of the beads.

• Gold beads are metal and hollow, gold generally has a soft nature and is is malleable, making it prone to bending, warping, or denting if subjected to pressure. As such, may occasionally over time with wear be prone to denting, scratches, dulling luster/shine or deformations from daily use, sudden impacts, rough handling or accidental drops. 9k and 14k gold are traditionally mixed with harder alloys making them more durable, however, all gold jewellery will show wear and tear with use over time. Scratches and minor dents are normal and does not detract from the aesthetic or beautiful appearance of the piece.

Gold is resistant to water and can get wet, however, luster may dull overtime with contact with soap, chlorine etc. To prolong the beauty of your Alyya pieces we recommend avoiding contact with perfume, fake tan, lotions, chlorine, abrasive surfaces etc. Please handle with care.

• We offer 3 different options in our standard sizing, so that you can have your bracelet tailored to you for a perfect fit.

All Alyya beaded bracelets are handmade to standard sizes, however variation in bead sizes may alter these standard slightly.

All our products are hand made in Australia to order, as such please allow up to 7 working days for processing and creation of your beautiful Alyya pieces.

Returns

Alyya promises to refund any item(s) provided they are returned within 2 days of receipt, are unused and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment or Alyya voucher.
